Testimonials About CampNorth RV
In March we purchased a new RV from CampNorth RV in Schoolcraft, and what started as a quick 1 hour visit before they were closing to compare a couple of models turned into a same-day unexpected purchase. One of the things that initially drew us in was their excellent inventory—they had both of the Rockwood Signature fifth wheel models we wanted to see in person, along with several other options that helped us make an informed decision.
We had no intention of buying that day, but the customer service made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right fit. There was never any pressure—just honest conversations, answers to our questions, and a lot of laughs along the way.
A special thank you to Calvin, Rob (Coach), and Rod, who were fantastic to work with throughout the process. Calvin, in particular, was a big reason we ultimately decided to move forward with our purchase, as they were closed and he stayed to help us make an easy decision. His knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. He even offered us a beer.
After our purchase, CampNorth continued to impress us. They worked seamlessly with a third-party RV inspector we hired, took the time to discuss the inspection findings, and promptly addressed the items that needed attention before delivered. That level of transparency and customer care gave us even more confidence that we had chosen the right dealership. Rod was very thorough in the walk through and teaching us some things about the RV.
Since we don’t currently own a tow vehicle, we were also grateful that CampNorth helped coordinate transportation for the camper to our property up north nearly three hours away. The delivery process was smooth and easy, removing what could have been a major hurdle for us. The driver was awesome and so helpful.
If you’re shopping for an RV, we highly recommend stopping by CampNorth. - Tania from Kalamazoo, MI
When we found a Rockwood floorplan we liked, we saw that Camp North had it in their inventory and it's 30 minutes from home! We purchased our first Rockwood from Rod so we looked him up again! It was the easiest transaction made even easier with a very friendly team in Rod and Calvin! You also can't go wrong with a Rockwood! - Anne from Gobles, MI
Treated my family and I with respect and helped me get the best rate I could even calling the bank back. I trusted them and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them for your next purchase. - Jeff from Marcellus, MI
The whole crew was helpful and friendly - Tina from Bloomingdale, MI
After 2 months of searching, visiting, calling, negotiating with various RV dealers from large to small, we were going to give up on buying a new trailer. We knew exactly what we wanted new, but we were also fine with going one more year in our 2015 Jayco, and we were just not happy after visiting the large dealers located on the south side of Grand Rapids. We sent a final email to both Wana RV in Shipshewana and also Campnorth RV. Well, Calvin at Campnorth made it overwhelming clear that they wanted our business, and we are glad and grateful for his follow thru. He helped us from start to finish and it was a pleasant, relaxed process. We recommend this dealer to anyone who asks.... even those who don't! - Dean from Sparta, MI
They listened to our concerns and what we were looking for . I highly recommend that if you’re looking for a camper this is the place to start. - Tina from Bloomingdale, MI
